Undergraduate Students

Welcome to IGR!

The Program on Intergroup Relations is best known on campus for offering intergroup dialogues. These courses bring together groups of students from different social identities for a semester of dialogue, reflection, and learning.

One unique aspect of intergroup dialogues is that they're peer-facilitated by undergraduate students. Facilitation is a great way to work towards social justice education on campus and provides a rare opportunity for undergraduates to take leadership roles in the classroom.

Also, consider becoming a CommonGround workshop facilitator! This is a new and exciting facilitation opportunity that extends outside of the classroom.

For student organizations or individuals planning events related to diversity and social justice, IGR faculty and staff are available to help. Feel free to contact us with questions or to schedule a meeting for consultation.
